Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, returns for mattresses, and pillows are not allowed. Returns are only allowed for products that are faulty or defective.

To be eligible for returns, proof of purchase is required. You may email us at hello@somnuz.com.my citing your Name and Order Number.

• For any returns to be accepted, the product must be in its original state and packaging, complete with its original price tags and labels, and it must not have any blemishes or signs of use.
• Only products that have been bought through https://somnuz.com.my/ in Malaysia can be exchanged or returned.
• Somnuz reserves the right for final decision on all returns or exchanges.
• Somnuz reserves the right to amend, vary or modify these Terms at any time, without giving prior notice.
• Returned products will be subjected for checks and refunds will only be processed after the refund conditions are met.
